Each model has numerous variations.


Diritta classica – Billiard – Néogène

It is the most important and widespread shape. High bowl, vertical walls, right-angle between chamber and shank. The medium size is suitable for beginners.

Boccetta – Apple – Boule

BoccettaThe essential characteristic is the round bowl. It rejuvenates, so it’s good for a certain age. If stocky it’s called Apple Chubby.

This variation has a slimmer and more slender shape. There are curved and semi-curved variations of the Apple.

Quadra – Bulldog – Haïty

Quadra

Beheaded egg shape, tapered on the upper third, saddle mouthpiece. Shamelessly English, admittedly sporty. Today it’s less common than in the past. Perhaps the stripe in the middle isn’t loved anymore.

It has a straight mouthpiece, no saddle.

Its shape is stockier, less slender; the pipe looks curled up.

Dublino – Dublin – Apple

DublinoQuite high bowl, slightly tilted, but right-angled between the chamber and the shank. It hit it big among young smokers.

Galles – Prince – Prince

It has some similarities with the Apple, but its bowl is considerably shorter and is more slender. Suitable for female smokers.

Canadese – Canadian – Canadienne

Lovat – Lovat – Lovat

Its bowl is that of the Billiard, the shank is longer and the mouthpiece is short and saddled. It is a total pipe.

Ovale – Oval – Oval

The name itself tells us the principal characteristic of the model, on which no significant variations are present.
Pretentious versions pass for evening pipes.
It doesn’t excite, even though it is handy to be kept in a pocket.


Pot – Pot – Pot

It’s a distant relative of the Billiard with a bigger and larger bowl and thicker walls.
Short-and-large bowl lovers are many.
